With a view to seeding its Irish Residential PRS fund, Avestus acquired two modern high quality PRS schemes exceptionally well located in Dublin city. Both properties align well with the investment objectives of the fund which targets robust, income producing PRS assets located in established locations with strong demographic trends in the Greater Dublin Area. The first of the acquisitions, known as Abbey Glen, provides 44 PRS units split across two wholly-owned blocks set atop an underground parking facility, and within a landscape estate. The property is well located for PRS occupiers in an established and affluent residential area that is easily accessible by both private and public transport. The second acquisition, known as Wolfe Tone Lofts, is a modernized PRS scheme in a prime urban Dublin city centre location. Wolfe Tone Lofts provides 46 PRS units comprising 1, 2 & 3 bedroomed units together with a ground floor commercial unit and associated under-ground parking facilities. Both properties will be operated under the HAVITAT brand, our best-in-class manager and owner of residential properties for long-term rental to tenants.
