OUR PRESENCE
Avestus Capital Partners is located in two offices, from which we currently manage a substantial portfolio of real estate assets spread across multiple countries. Our investors are based primarily in Europe and the US and include leading insurance, pension and real estate investment companies. We also have a strong record of joint venturing with international real estate private equity investors.
OUR FOCUS
Europe is our target market and in particular our domestic economy in Ireland, together with the growing economies of Central Europe. From a sectoral perspective, our team has developed significant expertise in Residential, Office, Retail, Hospitality and Development having successfully executed more than 200 significant transactions across all categories over the past 30 years.
OUR APPROACH
Our investment approach is rooted in a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals underpinned by our on-the-ground knowledge of local demand and supply dynamics. Our asset management and development capabilities actively focus on value creation within a robust risk management framework. We are very hands-on and remain intimately involved in the delivery of specific business plans throughout the entirety of each investment’s lifecycle.
