Avestus Capital Partners has arranged the acquisition of a scheme of 110 private rented sector (PRS) apartments located at Swiss Cottage, Santry, Dublin 9 under a forward purchase contract entered into in December 2019.

Swiss Cottage is located in the established North Dublin suburb of Santry and is now available for rent with first tenants scheduled to take occupation in the coming weeks. Rents start from €1,650 a month for a one-bed apartment and €1,775 for a two-bed. One-bed plus study and three-bed options are also available.
