Avestus Capital Partners secures €104.3m PRS debt facility from PGIM Real Estate Finance

Avestus Capital Partners has secured a debt facility, totalling €104.3m, from PGIM Real Estate Finance for three PRS investments owned by a fund advised by Avestus. The facility, which is for a seven-year term, has been provided to support the acquisition of Elmfield (188 units in Dublin 18), Neptune (197 units in Dun Laoghaire) and Rathmines Square (PRS units in Dublin 6).
