Avestus arranged the acquisition of this unique 1 acre site in Donnybrook, Dublin, through the successful strategic assembly of six individual neighbouring properties at different intervals.

The site is exceptionally well located at a gateway junction in Donnybrook next to a quality bus corridor only 3 kilometres from the city centre. The scheme offers the potential to deliver a stunning enclave of luxury apartments in one of the city’s most prestigious residential locations. A planning grant from Dublin City Council has been successfully secured for a 94 unit luxury apartment scheme which takes into account the recently updated building guidelines. Construction commenced in 2021 following the appointment of a Tier 1 general contractor, with practical completion expected in 2023.
