Enterprise Park is a 64,000 square metre class A purpose built office park which was developed by Avestus in the business district of Krakow, Poland. The complex was developed in multiple phases and forms part of an expanding business outsourcing hub in Krakow which has excellent connectivity with tram, railway and arterial roads providing easy access to both the airport and the city centre. The team in Poland has driven the project from initial site acquisition and permitting, through preleasing and construction to ongoing leasing and asset management.
