Forum Gliwice, located in the southern Polish city of Gliwice, comprises of a 43,000 square metres retail shopping centre with 132 retail and leisure units over two levels. The development of the shopping centre completed on time in June 2007 and was 100% leased to leading international and national retailers, including Carrefour, H&M, Zara, Cinema City and New Yorker. The scheme was developed in conjunction with a joint venture partner and subsequently sold to a German open ended fund in 2007. The terms of the disposal at that time represented a record exit yield for the sale of a regional shopping centre in Poland.
