Avestus recently completed the development of a 17,200 square metre Grade A office complex on a landmark site in the city centre of Lodz, Poland. Lodz is the third largest and one of the fastest growing cities in Poland, located approximately 90 minutes from Warsaw, with a population of circa 800,000 inhabitants. The scheme provides circa 14,800 square metres of office space across two buildings, with circa 2,400 square metres allotted to retail and service offerings. The complex also provides for 356 car spaces in an adjacent building. Known as the ‘Imagine’ complex, the offering has been very well received by occupiers and is now fully let to several blue chip international and domestic tenants, including EY and Asseco.
