‘Infinity’ is a prime office development project located in the core central business district of Wroclaw, Poland. Wroclaw has established itself as one of the leading business destinations outside of Warsaw, with particular expertise in business support services, IT and financial services. The site is currently permitted for the construction of a Grade A office building providing 22,300 square metres of accommodation on seven levels with 314 car spaces on 3 underground levels. A tier-1 contractor has been appointed to manage the construction process, with construction commencing in 2021.

On completion, Infinity will provide high quality BREEAM standard accommodation to meet the large floor plate requirements of the local and international business community. The reaction of the occupier market has been very positive to date, with expressions of interest from a wide range of industries including legal and advisory firms, IT companies and business process outsourcing.
