Avestus Capital Partners’ homebuilding subsidiary, Richmond Homes has acquired this1.5-acre site which includes the period Kilmacud House. The site was acquired with a lapsed planning permission for an apartment scheme and Richmond Homes has submitted a new application for two new apartment blocks and the refurbishment of Kilmacud House and expects to launch the scheme in 2020.

The scheme provides a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes and the refurbishment of the existing protected structure, Kilmacud House, to provide 5 apartments.

The site is 900m south west of the Stillorgan Village Centre, 800m north of the Stillorgan stop on the LUAS tram green line and 1.2km from the N11 national road.
