We are pleased to announce that following the leasing of the final 4,200 square metres of office space to Aptiv, the self driving technology provider, the entire 61,420 square metres Enterprise Park office campus in the Podgorze district of Krakow is now 100% leased.
This letting follows the recent prolongation of lease agreements with Cisco, one of the world’s leading networking technology specialists, on 10,700 square metres of space until 2024. Cisco has been a key tenant in Enterprise Park since 2013 and now occupies almost 19,000 square metres of space in the campus.
Enterprise Park is a cutting-edge class A office campus and comprises six modern, four-storey buildings with 1,224 parking spaces for a tenant list that includes Aon Hewitt, Cisco and Aptiv. Avestus Real Estate, a subsidiary of Avestus Capital Partners, acted as a development manager for the scheme, with responsibility for the design, planning, construction and sale of the entire project.
