Matt Brennan
Principal
Matt has more than 20 years of real estate investment experience and has sourced and managed commercial, residential and hospitality sector investments in a variety of markets including Ireland, the UK and Central Europe.
As well as direct property experience, Matt has obtained financing for a variety of asset classes and has arranged or restructured syndicated, and standalone, property loans. Matt presently plays a leading role in the management of the firm’s residential PRS and hospitality assets.
Matt graduated from Trinity College Dublin and subsequently trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG before working with BHP Billiton in Melbourne.
