Peter Donnelly
Principal
Peter has been an active real estate investor for over 25 years having previously been a financing lawyer. During his career, Peter has transacted and managed assets throughout Western and Central Europe ranging from office properties, retail shopping centres, hotels and residential assets.
Peter started his career at A&L Goodbody Solicitors, one of Ireland’s leading law firms where he became an equity partner specialising in large-ticket cross border asset financings and acquisitions.
Peter currently plays a lead role in the management of the firm’s development and investment platform in Central Europe, Avestus Real Estate, which invests both directly and through joint ventures with some of the region’s most respected and successful real estate firms.
