Riverside One, which was acquired under a forward purchase arrangement in 2004, is one of Dublin’s most iconic office properties. Located in a prime riverside location within the city’s central business district, the 10,100 square metre property was custom built for one of Dublin’s leading legal firms, who entered into a 25 year upward only lease agreement on occupation. Benefitting from strong rental income, attractive financing terms, and a strong exit yield, the property generated attractive returns for investors on disposal in 2015.
