Avestus Capital Partners has successfully completed the sale of Business Centre Bohemia in the city of Pilsen in the Czech Republic. The sale was completed with a local Czech real estate fund specialising in regional office assets.
The sale followed meticulous management of this 16 storey award winning office building by Avestus and its local operating partner, MINT Investments. The building extends to 8,100 square metres of modern office accommodation with 137 car spaces and provides excellent profile in the tallest building in Pilsen for tenants who include Montea Money Bank, Generali, ADP and Kerio Technologies.
