Thomas Dowd
Principal
With over 25 years’ expertise in real estate investment and finance, Thomas has transacted in most major European markets including Ireland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany and Spain.
Thomas has extensive investment and development experience in all major asset classes including hospitality, office, retail and residential. Thomas currently leads the firm’s growing residential Private Rented Sector (PRS) platform operating under the Havitat brand.
Thomas is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate of University College Galway and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Dublin.
