Avestus Capital Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition, and additional development, of a further 123 apartments as part of its Irish multi-family investment programme with its joint venture partner, MCAP Global Finance (UK) LLP*. Eighty of the units are located in Central Dublin with the balance in Swords and Clonsilla. The acquired units offer an attractive asset management opportunity, through an extensive refurbishment and repositioning programme.
The units are a bolt-on to the portfolio currently under management – the vast majority of which have now been fully refurbished and repositioned and bring the total number of units to 815.
