Aon Group has signed an agreement to lease almost 11,000 sq m in building E at Avestus’ Enterprise Park development in Krakow, Poland, which is currently under construction, with an expansion option for another 6,000 sq m.

The business park currently comprises of four A class office buildings with a 100% occupancy rate, and a total area of almost 36,000 sq m. Two subsequent buildings: E (15,600 sq m) and F (10,900 sq m) are under construction, and are scheduled to be completed in 2017.

Both the buildings under construction and the ones completed earlier comply with stringent eco-certificates and BREEAM certification standards. A total of 1,370 parking spaces will be available for tenants and visitors.

The architectural design of all buildings was created by the architects’ studio DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo is the general contractor of the investment.

Enterprise Park was developed by Avestus Real Estate, the CEE development arm of Avestus Capital Partners and the existing four buildings were sold to Tristan Capital Partners in April 2015 who retained Avestus to both manage the existing assets and to develop the additional 26,000 sq m comprising buildings E and F in a joint venture with Tristan.
