Avestus is pleased to announce that construction has commenced on its Eglinton Place residential development project in Dublin 4.
Avestus’ residential development subsidiary, Richmond Homes, has appointed Elliott Group, one of Ireland’s leading building and civil engineering contractors, to construct the 148-unit residential scheme. Construction is expected to take approximately two years from commencement to practical completion.
On completion, the project will comprise 72 one-bedroom, 57 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom apartments, and 9 two-bedroom duplexes. Units will be spread across two interconnecting blocks, ranging from 3 to 13 storeys in height. Residents will be able to avail of two rooftop terraces and internal amenity space to include a lounge, coworking space, gym, cinema room and reading room.
