Avestus’ residential development subsidiary, Richmond Homes, is pleased to announce the commencement of construction on its Roselawn development in Foxrock.
Following a tender process, Andrews Construction Limited were appointed as general contractor, and mobilised to site in Jan-20. A construction programme of approximately two years is envisaged, with handover of the project anticipated to take place in 2022.
Roselawn will comprise 142 units on a 2.1-acre site adjacent to the N11 in Foxrock, connected to the city centre via a Quality Bus Corridor (‘QBC’) and close to Leopardstown and Sandyford business hubs.
Of the 142 units, there are 73 one-bedroom, 68 two-bedroom and 1 three-bedroom apartments, alongside c. 360 sq. m of resident amenity space including a lounge, gym, coworking space and multifunction room.
