Avestus is pleased to announce that construction has commenced on its landmark Sandyford Central residential development.
Following a competitive procurement process, John Paul Construction, a leading tier-1 contractor has mobilised to site and is commencing initial works in a build programme spanning over two years from initial commencement through to final completion.
Acquired and managed by Avestus’ residential development subsidiary Richmond Homes, in partnership with a leading institutional investor, the Sandyford Central project will deliver 564 much-needed homes to the Dublin market over the coming years.
Upon completion, the project will encompass 46 studio, 205 one-bedroom, 295 two-bedroom and 18 three-bedroom apartments across six blocks. In conjunction, there will be c. 1,800 sq. m. of non-residential amenity space including gyms, lounges, collaborative workspaces, study rooms, games rooms and an on-site creche.
