Avestus Capital Partners has arranged the forward purchase of a scheme of 110 private rented sector (PRS) apartments located at Swiss Cottage, Santry, Dublin 9. The scheme is expected to be delivered during Q4 2020.

Swiss Cottage has been specifically designed as dedicated rental units under the new Governmental and Local Authority PRS guidelines and consists of 110 apartments comprising 1, 2 & 3 bedroomed units together with dedicated tenant amenities including a gym, a resident’s lounge with working from home spaces and an outdoor terrace area. The property is located in the established North Dublin suburb of Santry and benefits from an abundance of local amenities such as parks, retail, employment hubs with the convenience of excellent travel links to the nearby Dublin International Airport and into the city centre. Swiss Cottage will be operated by professional property managers under the Havitat brand.

The property will consist of high-quality, purpose designed PRS units located in an established residential area. This forward purchase agreement aligns well with the investment objectives of a fund advised by Avestus.
