Avestus Capital Partners’ homebuilding subsidiary, Richmond Homes launched and sold out the first phase of the development. The scheme of 25 four bedroom plus study semi-detached homes is set in the established and sought-after suburb of Clontarf, Dublin 3 – convenient to the city and Dublin airport and within minutes of the north Dublin coastline. The site was acquired in January 2017.
The four-bedroom homes have a southerly aspect and measure 2,155 sq ft (200 sq m) over three levels. Phase 1 is due for completion in Spring 2018 and Phase 2 is due for release in mid-2018 with completions in mid-2019.
