Avestus Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Block P2 Eastpoint Business Park, a high quality office property located in a popular and mature business part in close proximity to Dublin’s city centre. The 49,000 sqft block was completed in 1999 and is let to Virgin Media Ireland. Other occupiers in Eastpoint include Google, Deutsche Bank, Oracle, Cisco, Arvato, Citrix and Verizon and the park is almost fully occupied with strong rental growth allowing significant reversionary potential in Block P2. The property represents the latest acquisition of a joint venture investment programme with Ares.
