Avestus acquired this 11.5-acre site through the successful strategic assembly of a number of unplanned land holdings in Rush, Co. Dublin. Planning was subsequently granted for a scheme comprising 164 residential units and a crèche. The site is located in close proximity to the town centre, and c. 250m from Rush’s North Beach.

Construction has commenced on site, with Avestus’ subsidiary firm, Arkmount Construction, constructing a mix of high quality 2, 3 and 4-bed houses and 1 and 2-bed apartments. The units will be A-rated and are set along tree-lined avenues with landscaped gardens and play areas. With little new supply in Rush in recent years, it is anticipated that the scheme will meet strong demand from prospective purchasers as each phase of the scheme is launched for sale.

Rush is an established seaside town in north County Dublin, with a population of c. 10,000. The town is well served by commuter rail (c. 35-minutes to Dublin City Centre) and close to the M1 motorway. The town boasts a variety of well-established community amenities including food & beverage, retail, leisure and sports offerings, alongside three primary schools and a secondary school.
