Avestus Capital Partners is pleased to announce the opening of a new spa at the Four Seasons Hotel in Prague. The spa offers stunning views towards Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge and uses specially-designed furnishings and natural features in order to convey a sense of the history of the property, whilst providing all of the elements that would be associated with an international standard five star hotel spa.
The design and construction of the spa was complicated by the fact that it is in the basement of a 19th century neo-classical listed building which required significant excavations to incorporate the pool whilst the remainder of the hotel remained open and operating in accordance with Four Seasons’ standards. An experienced international and local team was assembled to deliver the spa, including Pierre–Yves Rochon as interior designer, McCarthy & Associates as project managers, CREON Sàrl as architects and Gleeds as cost consultants. Avestus Capital Partners acts as asset manager for the hotel on behalf of Northwood Investors LLC.
