1 & 2 Heuston South Quarter is a prominent modern 9-storey office property located within the Heuston South Quarter development close to Dublin’s main railway hub, Heuston station. The 20,000 square metres building was designed to meet the highest environmental and sustainability standards and includes over 200 car park spaces. The property houses the headquarters of Ireland’s largest telecommunications company, Eir, who have occupied the property since its completion in 2008 on a 25 year upward only lease. Following an off-market approach, the property was sold in March 2018 with the benefit of strong rental income at a very competitive exit yield to an international investor.
