Baldoyle

Avestus arranged the acquisition of this 125 acre residentially-zoned site located in the coastal town of Baldoyle in 2019. Whilst the lands were acquired with existing planning permissions, the site offered the opportunity to undertake a significant re-design, with the ambition of bringing forward a landmark scheme comprising a mixture of residential and commercial uses.

As part of a multi-phased project, Avestus’ wholly owned subsidiary, Richmond Homes, is currently on site delivering high quality 3 and 4 bedroom houses to the local owner occupier market. In parallel, Richmond Homes continues to advance future phases of the development which in aggregate will see the delivery of more than 2,000 homes to the owner-occupier and rental markets, as well as best-in-class amenities covering retail, leisure and dining. The scheme will also provide significant infrastructural improvements to the locality including upgrades to the road system and access to Clongriffin train station.

Baldoyle is a suburban seaside village c. 14km north of Dublin City Centre. Over recent decades it has become an increasingly sought-after residential suburb on the northwest edge of Dublin’s coastline, with its popularity driven by proximity to the city centre and Dublin Airport, transport connectivity (DART and bus) and amenity offering given its coastal location.
