Having contracted to forward purchase this PRS development in 2019, the scheme was acquired in 2021 on practical completion. Known as Swiss Cottage, the property was specifically designed as dedicated rental units under the revised governmental PRS guidelines. The scheme consists of 110 apartments comprising 1, 2 & 3 bedroomed units together with dedicated tenant amenities including a gym, residents’ lounge, working from home spaces and an outdoor terrace area. The scheme is located in the established Dublin suburb of Santry and benefits from an abundance of local leisure and retail amenities, with the convenience of excellent travel links to nearby employment hubs, Dublin International Airport and the city centre. Swiss Cottage operates under the Havitat brand and forms part of a dedicated PRS fund managed by Avestus on behalf of European institutional investors.
