The landmark III Towers residential development project in Nové Mesto, Bratislava, consists of 633 high quality residential units and 3,500 square metres of retail space with excellent leisure and cultural facilities in the immediate vicinity. The development was managed from cradle to grave by our in-house development team in conjunction with a local joint venture partner. The quality of the building design and specification exceeded the standard delivered to the market in Bratislava theretofore and ensured strong demand from occupiers seeking modern residential space. The scheme was delivered on time and within budget, and a following strong unit sales performance, Avestus successfully exited the investment in 2013.
