Our Portfolio

Avestus is in partnership with an international real estate investor to acquire and manage a portfolio of commercial property assets located in Ireland. Focused principally on the Greater Dublin area, the existing portfolio comprises of office properties which offer strong opportunities to generate value-add returns via a strategy of refurbishment, repositioning and re-leasing. The intention is to continue to grow the portfolio through additional complementary acquisitions which requirehands-on, active asset management.
