One Kilmainham Square is a 71,000 square foot modern office located in Kilmainham’s historic tourist hub, approximately 4 kilometres from Dublin’s city centre. Tenants include international brands such as Heineken, Parexel and Klas Telecom. At acquisition, the property provided strong reversionary rental income, along with the opportunity to fit-out circa 19,000 sqft of office space which was in shell and core condition. The fit-out project was completed on budget and the floor successfully leased at strong rental levels while existing tenants extended their lease term across the property. Having successfully delivered the business plan, the property was sold in 2019 to an international investor.
