Mall of Sofia is the first Western standard shopping centre in Bulgaria, with 21,500 square metres of retail and 9,790 square metres of office space in a prime city centre location in the capital city. Prior to its successful disposal in 2018, Avestus had a long history of managing the centre since its opening in 2006 and successfully brought a number of international tenants to the property, including retailers such as H&M and Promod, as well as office occupiers such as Deloitte and Sanofi-Aventis.
