Roselawn is a 142-unit residential development comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bed apartments on a 2.1-acre site adjacent to the N11 dual carriageway in Foxrock, Dublin. Having achieved planning for the scheme in 2019, a tier-1 general contractor was appointed in 2020, with practical completion achieved in 2022.

The scheme was designed to an exceptionally high standard which comfortably meets the needs of international investors increasingly focused on the BTR sector in Dublin. Roselawn not only comprises 3,650 sq. m. of communal landscaped outdoor space, but also incorporates 358 sq. m. of internal resident amenity space to include two lounges, a gym, garden pavilion and management suite.

Roselawn is situated within walking distance of the Sandyford business district, home to Microsoft’s European HQ and the workplace of some 25,000 professional employees. The Sandyford business district boasts an impressive list of multinational employers across several key economic sectors from technology and finance to pharma, medical and hospitality.

The scheme was forward sold to an institutional investor in 2021, with the sale successfully completing in 2022.
