Our Portfolio

Over the period 2014 to 2017, Avestus aggregated a portfolio of over 800 high-quality residential apartments in a joint venture with US institutional investor, Marathon Asset Management. The units were split across 16 different multi-family developments with the majority in the greater Dublin area and one in Cork. As assets were on-boarded to the portfolio, the focus was on improving occupancy and driving rental performance while enhancing the overall quality of each location’s residential offering through active management of the estate. In 2019, the portfolio was sold to I-RES REIT for over €250 million in Ireland’s largest ever PRS transaction at that time.
