In conjunction with a leading international real estate investor, Avestus Capital Partners acquired this large-scale brownfield apartment site in 2019. The lands are located in Sandyford, an affluent area of Dublin’s southside undergoing significant regeneration and investment. Sandyford Business District is Dublin’s largest suburban office location and is home to many high-profile multinational technology, pharmaceutical and financial service companies.
The site was acquired with planning and Avestus subsequently secured an amended permission for a highly-amenitised scheme comprising 564 residential units spread across six blocks. Construction works have commenced on site, and the development is expected to reach completion in 2024. It is anticipated the scheme will be very attractive to institutional investors given the strong employment, connectivity and amenity offerings in the immediate vicinity.
