The Davitt comprises of 265 PRS apartments located on Davitt Road, Dublin 12, which have been acquired on a forward purchase basis. The scheme is expected to be delivered on a phased basis in 2022.

The Davitt has been specifically designed as dedicated rental units under the new government PRS guidelines and consists of 265 units across four blocks comprising 1 and 2 bedroomed units set over a basement level car park. The scheme is overlooking the Grand Canal, immediately adjacent to the Goldenbridge LUAS rail stop, ensuring optimal connectivity and proximity to a number of major employment centres.
