Two Kingdom Street was developed in a 50:50 joint venture with a leading European investment manager. The property is a 257,000 square foot Grade A office complex located at Paddington Central in London’s West End. Completed on time and within budget in 2010, the building was successfully leased to some of the world’s largest corporations including Astra Zeneca and Rio Tinto. Having effectively delivered the business plan on lease-up of the property, it was sold in 2013 to one of the UK’s leading quoted real estate companies.
