Mark Donnelly
Principal, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Mark is responsible for the Group’s financial and operational activities and has extensive financial and real estate experience having held a number of senior management positions in the organisation. Mark leads the firm’s investor relations and financial reporting services and plays a key role in capital raising, underwriting and structuring of investments, establishment of joint ventures and the arrangement of debt financing.
Mark was previously with KBC Bank Ireland where he was Head of Private Banking. Prior to joining KBC Bank, Mark spent eight years with Goodbody Stockbrokers as a Senior Portfolio Manager. He holds a Masters in Investment & Treasury from Dublin City University, a Masters in European Economic & Business Affairs and a BA in Economics from University College Dublin.
